We partner with PostNL to deliver your orders securely and promptly. By default, your order will require a signature upon delivery, ensuring your package reaches you safely. Prefer a more flexible option? You can choose delivery without a signature at checkout.
Delivery Time
For orders within The Netherlands, place your order by 9 PM on weekdays for next-day delivery. We aim to deliver within 24 hours, and should any unforeseen delays occur, we’ll keep you updated via email or phone. Weekend orders placed before 2 PM on Saturday will be delivered on Monday. For international deliveries, shipping times vary depending on the destination (2-5 business days). Below is a table outlining estimated delivery times for different regions.

Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is a flat rate € 4.95 for any delivery within the EU. Free shipping may apply once your order reaches a certain value. We’ll always provide a complete breakdown of your total, including shipping, in your order summary before you finalize your purchase. For non-EU deliveries, please note that customs fees and taxes may be charged directly by local authorities.
