Our customer service team will review and try to resolve the issue within 14 days of receipt of your complaint. If the resolution requires more time, we will inform you.
Right of Withdrawal:
As a valued customer of bioQuad Europe BV, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 30 days without providing any reason. The statutory withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier) take possession of the goods. If your order includes multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you (or the third party designated by you) take possession of the last item.
Extended Right of Cancellation:
In addition to your statutory right, we offer an extended right of cancellation for a total of 30 days for new, unused goods purchased from www.bioquad.eu. For all new goods, this extended period supersedes the statutory 14-day cancellation period.
For labeled, used goods, the statutory 14-day cancellation period applies. These items are clearly marked as "used" and you will be informed of the specific cancellation period before completing your order. Used goods are items that are no longer new due to minor past use, may show signs of wear, and are sold at a reduced price compared to new goods.
Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract with a clear statement. You can do this by sending a letter by post, making a telephone call, or sending an email.
While you may use the provided Cancellation Form, it is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, ensure that you send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the 30-day period expires.
